Security Officer (HSE) required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in The Netherlands. Responsibilities include guiding responsible managers and control owners in the implementation of ISO 27001 controls, drafting and implementing process descriptions, designing control setups and implementation processes, supervising evidence collection and implementation documentation, and reporting progress and results to the Offshore Security Office and the ISO officer. The role focuses on pragmatic security process design with quality central to implementation. Weekly coordination with the ISO officer and close collaboration with the corporate CSO Office managing the ISMS and client-wide certification. Requirements include proven experience with ISO 27001 and/or ISMS implementations, existing EU working rights, experience implementing and operationalizing security controls, the ability to describe processes clearly, strong analytical skills, good communication with stakeholders, and a pragmatic, quality-focused approach.
