About the role

RWE Offshore Wind GmbH is offering a full-time, fixed-term internship in Offshore Operations based in Helgoland, Germany. The role provides insight into the operation of offshore wind farms and daily operational procedures, with support for the development of operating processes and knowledge transfer from other wind farms. Responsibilities include administrative and organizational support, inventory and warehouse coordination, maintaining asset structures and SAP master data, organizing accommodation on Helgoland, managing offshore certificates, and supporting marine coordination and offshore radio equipment allocation. The position requires a background in engineering, logistics, administration, or management, willingness to work a 15/13 shift rotation on Helgoland, strong technical and logistical understanding, teamwork and communication skills, fluency with Fluix and SharePoint, very good Microsoft Office skills especially Excel, and very good English and German.
