RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking a Decommissioning Cost Optimisation Task-Force Lead for offshore decommissioning. This full-time, 18-month fixed-term role will own the strategic cost-optimisation agenda, lead a senior cross-functional task force, and deliver portfolio-wide initiatives to reduce future decommissioning costs, protect value, and strengthen readiness across RWE Offshore. The role involves setting portfolio-wide targets and decision frameworks, maintaining an integrated roadmap, managing risks and dependencies, preparing business cases, presenting recommendations to governance forums, and supporting the transition into business as usual by the end of 2027. Senior leadership experience, commercial and analytical capability, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders in a matrix organisation are required. Experience in offshore wind, energy-infrastructure decommissioning, major capital programmes, or enterprise transformation is desirable. National Security vetting to SC level may be required.
