About the role
Cadeler is seeking multiple Technical Sales Engineers within its WTG and FOU area to support offshore wind installation contracts. The role involves collaborating with technical and commercial teams to prepare high-quality technical proposals and tender-stage engineering solutions. Main tasks include creating technical documentation, performing vessel positioning and deck layout assessments, developing templates and methodologies, and supporting sales meetings and presentations. Candidates should have a BSc or MSc in Maritime Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering or equivalent, 1–5 years of engineering experience within the wind and/or offshore industry, familiarity with Foundations T&I projects and jack-up vessels, proficiency in AutoCAD 2D or 3D modelling and Microsoft Office, commercial awareness, strong interpersonal skills, and fluent English. Cadeler is headquartered in Copenhagen with offices in the UK, US, and APAC, and colleagues working offshore aboard its Wind Turbine Generator installation vessels.
