Control Engineer needed in Poland for an 18-month contract to coordinate LV/MV/HV operations. Responsibilities include advising on high voltage electrical installations for WTG, offshore substations, and HV submarine and onshore cables; overseeing MV/HV/LV electrical activities; planning switching activities onshore and offshore; monitoring SCADA; managing site logs; controlling Electrical Safety Rules documents; overseeing commissioning of grid connections, onshore substations, and associated plant and equipment; coordinating with National Grid; preparing switching schedules; providing technical advice; and supporting outage management and network control. Requirements include several years of operation and commissioning experience in high voltage electricity, offshore experience preferred, appropriate electrical qualification, and at least 3 years of experience with onshore substation systems.
