UTM Consultants are seeking an Onshore Electrical Installation & Commissioning Supervisor in Poland for a contract role lasting 44 weeks / approximately 11 months. The role involves guiding management, liaising with back-office engineers, and supporting progress, quality, risk, and safety on site. Responsibilities include facilitating alignment meetings, reviewing contractor ITPs and test procedures, witnessing FAT/SAT/SIT phases, supervising equipment delivery and electrical installation, coordinating interfaces between contractors, overseeing mechanical completion, and executing LV/HV Authorised Person duties. The position also includes updating progress reports, recording lessons learned, and supporting site safety and HSE observations. Required qualifications include an engineering degree, recent experience with installation, testing and commissioning of dynamic systems and electrical/control systems, UKOG Medical and Chester Step Test, and GWO training.
