About the role

E&I Installation and Commissioning Supervisor required for a major offshore wind developer in Poland. Responsibilities include facilitating communication between site activities, installation and commissioning management, and back-office functions; providing feedback on progress, quality, and risks; promoting a strong safety culture; engaging with contractors and foremen to address quality and progress issues; facilitating alignment meetings; reporting system-specific progress, quality, and risks; reviewing contractor ITPs and test procedures; witnessing key testing phases; supervising equipment delivery; overseeing handling, installation, cable pulling and termination; coordinating cross-contractor interfaces; supervising mechanical completion and qualification of installed systems; executing LV/HV Authorised Person duties; supporting substation operations, inductions, daily coordination, and safety drills; executing inspections and tests prior to handover; ensuring completion of punches and commissioning documentation; and providing lessons learned and continuous improvement feedback. Requirements include a relevant engineering degree, experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of high and low voltage electrical systems, electromechanical and multidiscipline systems, and control, SCADA, network, and communication systems; offshore and/or substation project experience; competence across dynamic systems, components, cables, and associated equipment; valid safety and medical certifications; and the ability to lead, coordinate, and collaborate across multiple contractors and stakeholders.
