Fleet Manager – Cruise Location: Hamburg, Germany A leading maritime organisation is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join its shore-based team in Central Europe. This senior technical leadership role is responsible for supporting fleet technical performance while leading and developing a team of Technical Superintendents. Key responsibilities include leading technical colleagues, supporting complex technical and operational issues, providing stakeholder support, troubleshooting vessel matters, overseeing vessel performance, maintenance, compliance and technical standards, supporting dry dockings, refits, repairs and technical projects, and driving communication between vessels and shore-based teams. The ideal candidate will have strong shore-based experience in the cruise or wider passenger vessel sector, experience as a Fleet Manager, Senior Technical Superintendent, Technical Manager or similar, strong technical knowledge of vessel operations and maintenance, and proven experience leading technical teams. Chief Engineer experience would be highly relevant.
