About the role
Lead pre-commencement preparation from September 2026 through BOP project execution in February 2027 as a core Technical Advisor. Manage Balance of Plant (BOP) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) project scopes across the wind farm lifecycle. Attend key stakeholder meetings, supervise contractor performance, and guide critical technical decisions. Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders, manage project risks, and drive a strong zero-harm HSE culture. Requirements include 10+ years of relevant offshore wind industry experience on large-scale projects, a proven track record in managing O&M and/or BOP projects in offshore wind, strong project execution and contractor management background, excellent English, and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Location: Taiwan.
