A rapidly growing UK renewable energy provider is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement and supply chain operations across the group. The role involves managing supplier strategy, pricing negotiations, credit terms, commercial contracts, product strategy, inventory planning, supplier forecasting, warehousing, and regional distribution. The successful candidate will oversee procurement across multiple legal entities, design and implement a group-wide purchase order process, enforce procurement discipline, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance. The position also supports business growth initiatives, including acquisition integration and supply chain infrastructure for new commercial opportunities such as BESS, solar PV, heat pumps, and EV infrastructure. Requirements include 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or a commercially focused supplier negotiation role, along with contract management, commercial negotiation, supplier relationship management, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.
