Tiger Team Technician I for RWE Americas in Raymondville, TX. Full-time, permanent Operations & Maintenance role supporting wind farm regional operations. Responsibilities include generator bearing exchange, gearbox repairs, pitch ram and yaw drive exchange, troubleshooting, training, safety exercises, maintaining tools and equipment readiness, technical guidance, service records, and supporting turbine maintenance and software updates. The role requires working safely at wind farm sites, climbing wind towers and accessing turbines, lifting and transporting equipment, monitoring maintenance contractors, conducting tests on systems and equipment, and traveling up to 50% of the time. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred Wind School or Mechanical degree, preferred Global Wind Organization certification, at least 5 years of experience in Wind, Solar, and BESS, or a technical degree/electrician license, an unrestricted driver license, and willingness to relocate within 1 hour of the site.
