Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements such as power purchase agreements, EPC-related agreements, master service agreements, NDAs, and M&A transactions. The position is remote with travel to Durham, NC one week per month. Requirements include a JD from an accredited law school, a current license to practice law, 1-3 years of experience, strong computer skills, experience with Dataroom tools, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Renewable energy experience is preferred.
