RWE Americas is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to support the Southern Regional Development team. The role focuses on market, customer, and policy intelligence; regional project portfolio management; and strategic business initiatives across utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects in ERCOT, SPP South, MISO South, and SERC (GA). Responsibilities include market and competitive analysis, product pricing support, M&A due diligence, reporting and dashboards, cross-functional coordination, budgeting and forecasting, and supporting internal approvals and investment decisions. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience in renewable energy infrastructure. A master's degree in Business or Energy Policy is preferred.
