About the role

Project Finance Manager opportunities are available across Germany's renewable-energy market within growing renewable-energy and infrastructure platforms. The role supports projects through financing, construction and operational phases, working with senior finance leadership, lenders, advisers and project teams to structure financing solutions and manage the financial requirements of major energy assets. Responsibilities include building financial models for valuation, cash flow, debt sizing, sensitivities and financing scenarios; supporting project, portfolio and HoldCo financings; engaging with banks, lenders, investors, facility agents and external advisers; coordinating due diligence; reviewing and negotiating financing documentation, credit agreements and commercial terms; supporting processes through to financial close; managing lender reporting, covenant compliance, consents and waivers; and contributing to financing processes and internal governance. Relevant experience in project finance, structured finance, infrastructure finance, lending, advisory or renewable-energy investment is required, together with strong financial-modelling and commercial-analysis capability, understanding of non-recourse debt, HoldCo debt, mezzanine or other structured-financing solutions, experience working with lenders and external advisers, stakeholder-management and negotiation skills, and professional fluency in German and English. Experience within solar, BESS, wind or wider energy infrastructure would be beneficial.
