UTM Consultants is seeking an experienced consultant to act as an internal Client Representative for Operations during the handover of wind turbine assets from Construction to Operations. The role covers Siemens Gamesa D11 and D14 wind turbine platforms and focuses on representing Operations throughout the handover process, reviewing assumptions, integrity issue cases, outstanding works, defects, documentation gaps and operational risks. Responsibilities include supporting handover readiness, participating in meetings and technical workshops, and providing recommendations on operational, technical and reliability risks. Preferred backgrounds include Commissioning Engineer, Commissioning Manager, Technical Project Manager in wind energy, Siemens Gamesa service, engineering or project organisation, and Operations Readiness, Asset Management or Construction-to-Operations handover roles.
