About the role
Offshore Blade Technicians (IRATA Level 3) are required to support offshore wind projects across Europe. The role involves turbine blade inspection, maintenance and repair, rope access operations in line with IRATA requirements, composite, structural and leading-edge repairs, documentation, and compliance with offshore safety procedures. Candidates should have offshore blade technician experience and valid IRATA Level 3, GWO Basic Safety Training, GWO Sea Survival, working at heights certification, and an offshore medical certificate. Preferred experience includes Vestas training, Vestas V164 turbines, Siemens Gamesa, GE, Nordex, and previous offshore campaign experience. Compensation includes €35-43 per hour, 12-hour working days, a 2/2 rotation, travel days covered either side of rotation, standby rate availability, and guaranteed 10 or 12 hours depending on standby notice period.
