The role provides independent health, safety and environmental advice, supports continuous improvement initiatives, works with operational teams and contractors, maintains HSE documentation, contributes to KPIs, and carries out workplace inspections and emergency response drill activities. The position involves regular offshore work on wind turbines via crew transfer vessel and requires relevant offshore medical clearance and GWO safety training. Required experience includes offshore wind O&M, HSE management systems, and strong communication skills. Qualifications include a NEBOSH Certificate and IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management, with NEBOSH Diploma development advantageous.
