About the role
HSE Advisor required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in the United Kingdom. Responsibilities include supporting the global QHSE plan and strategy, conducting safety inspections, incident investigations and root cause analysis across vessels, SOVs, CTVs, turbines, OSS, hub facilities and helicopter facilities, documenting inspections, supporting emergency exercises and the Emergency Response Plan, reviewing and updating activity plans, supporting QHSE culture projects, and rolling out QHSE-related campaigns onshore and on vessels. May also participate in vessel kick-offs for service campaigns. Requirements include full GWO and HUET, QHSE-related qualifications, three years of HSE experience in offshore wind, qualified auditor status, and prior experience in quality management.
