Site Manager – Onshore Wind Construction in Finland. Contract / freelance role supporting a major renewable energy developer on a long-term onshore wind construction portfolio. Responsibilities include day-to-day site operations, coordination of civil, electrical, substation, OHL and turbine installation scopes, contractor management, QA/QC, HSE participation, reporting, and support with engineering coordination and handover. Requires degree-level qualification in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or a related discipline, strong construction management experience in onshore wind or comparable renewable energy infrastructure, fluency in Finnish and English, and preferably GWO certification.
