The role supports the operations team with the development, improvement, and implementation of operational concepts and processes for wind turbines, electrical systems including substations, offshore foundations, logistics, and health, safety, and environment. Responsibilities include preparing quality-assured information for commercial and technical KPI reporting, internal and external documentation, sharing lessons learned across offshore wind farms in Germany and the UK, and contributing to operational projects in offshore wind farm operations. Requirements include ongoing bachelor's or master's studies, good IT skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic abilities, fluent English, team orientation, and the ability to work independently. Preferred but not required: business administration or engineering studies, initial project management experience, knowledge of renewable energy or operations, and German language skills.
