Position in Germany requiring extensive travel, primarily nationwide. The role is responsible for ensuring wind turbines are erected to high quality standards from goods receipt through handover to service. Responsibilities include inspecting installation teams' work against manuals, checklists, and protocols; monitoring quality performance; preparing reports and improvement suggestions; tracking and documenting immediate, corrective, and preventive actions; and supporting the project manager with punch list review and resolution. The role is based on-site at wind turbine towers and requires work at height and a head for heights. Qualifications include completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician, industrial electrician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or equivalent, several years of relevant experience, technical understanding, good English, and a structured, assertive working style.
