About the role
Lead interconnection activities for grid-scale Solar PV, Onshore Wind, and BESS projects. Responsibilities include managing the full interconnection process from inception to completion, handling high-voltage electrical and substation infrastructure assets, leading substation design and equipment selection, overseeing cable and line design, supporting feasibility studies, supervising consultants, engineers, and EPC contractors during design and construction, and supporting the grid connection application process. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, experience with medium/high-voltage design or third-party design management, experience with utility-scale renewable energy interconnection, and proficiency with AutoCAD, PLS-CAD, DigSilent, PSSE, ETAP, and related project management and office software.
