The role includes investment analysis, drafting sections of investment memos, coordinating cross-functional inputs, improving financial models and templates, and supporting investment process improvements and digital tools. Requirements include a relevant bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of finance experience, proficiency in Excel, foundational knowledge of valuation methodologies, and strong communication and presentation skills. The position is hybrid, with an expected 3 days in the Chicago office each week and some travel under 10% to other RWEA offices. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The annual base salary range in Illinois is $77,000 to $100,000, with additional benefits offered.
