About the role
TGRC is working in partnership with a UK-based renewable energy company providing end-to-end solar solutions for residential and small commercial properties. The role is for a Solar Installer / Roofer responsible for the safe and efficient installation of solar PV systems, roof preparation, mounting system installation, panel fitting, and roofing work to maintain weatherproofing and structural integrity. The position also involves supporting AC/DC installation requirements with electricians, following health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean worksite, and delivering quality workmanship and customer service. Experience in solar PV installation and/or roofing is highly desirable, along with practical construction or roofing skills, the ability to work at heights outdoors, teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and a full UK driving licence.
