The role works with Site QA/QC Managers to guide and direct site quality, monitor quality-related activities, attend pre-bid and monthly construction meetings, and support consistent deployment of quality directives and initiatives. Requirements include a 4-year degree or equivalent in Quality, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; at least 4 years of experience in quality management and on active energy construction sites; and experience in renewable energy, including wind, solar, and battery storage. Strong communication, leadership, organization, Microsoft Office, QA/QC process, and problem-solving skills are needed.
