RWE Americas is hiring a Manager, Utility-scale Development in Austin, Texas. This full-time, permanent role is part of the Project Development function and focuses on initiating, developing, and acquiring utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects in the US and Canada. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing the full project lifecycle, supporting construction through COD, coordinating due diligence, land control, permitting, interconnection, engineering, pre-construction, power marketing, and tax equity financing, and managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of work experience with 3 years in renewable energy infrastructure, strong project management and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.
