With a team of NABCEP-certified professionals, engineers, and licensed electricians, the company is committed to advancing clean energy while creating meaningful career opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site electrical construction activities for C&I solar projects. Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and electricians to ensure safe and efficient execution. Coordinate daily with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with NEC, local codes, and project specifications. Oversee installation of PV systems, switchgear, transformers, inverters, and interconnection equipment. Conduct quality inspections and enforce company safety standards. Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays or issues. Maintain accurate field reports, material tracking, and progress updates. Support commissioning, testing, and project turnover activities. Qualifications 5+ years of electrical construction experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Prior experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or Lead Electrician. Strong experience with commercial or utility-scale solar projects. Deep understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. OSHA 30 certification preferred. NABCEP certification is a plus.
