RWE Americas, LLC is hiring a full-time, permanent Senior Wind Farm Technician to support operations and maintenance at one or more wind farms. The role includes safe execution of scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repair activities, turbine maintenance, Balance of Plant procedures, acceptance and performance testing, recordkeeping in the maintenance management system, technical support to the O&M team, and participation in safety activities. The position requires extensive wind turbine experience, technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and power electronics systems, ability to lead crane rigging and signaling operations, and strong computer and documentation skills. This field-based role involves work across multiple local wind farms and field locations in office, warehouse, turbine, and outdoor environments.
