Full-time, permanent Operations & Maintenance role supporting safe and reliable operation and maintenance of wind farms and related renewable energy facilities. Responsibilities include scheduled and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, system testing, documentation in the digital maintenance management system, mentoring Trainee and Associate Technicians, and on-call support. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of relevant technical experience, experience with wind, solar, or BESS maintenance, and a current Journeyman or Master Electrician license. Candidate should live within 1 hour of the site and have an unrestricted driver’s license.
