About the role
A leading renewable energy company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction and delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects across Europe. The role involves managing complex infrastructure projects, coordinating international stakeholders, and supporting the energy transition in a fast-growing environment. Key responsibilities include leading the construction phase from notice to proceed through commissioning and handover, coordinating contractors and consultants, monitoring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE performance, mitigating project risks, managing reporting, maintaining stakeholder communication, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements, and supporting commissioning and final acceptance. Requirements include at least 10 years of construction project management experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy, a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, experience in solar, wind, BESS, or similar renewable energy projects, strong understanding of engineering and construction delivery processes, advanced Microsoft Office skills, fluency in Polish and English, and being based in Poland with availability to travel to project sites. Experience working for an Owner, Developer, or IPP is a strong advantage.
