RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking an HSE Manager to lead Offshore Operations HSE planning, assurance, and delivery across assigned Norfolk offshore wind assets. The role supports operational readiness, commissioning, handover, and ongoing operations and maintenance. Responsibilities include managing the operational HSE delivery plan, representing Offshore Operations at construction and commissioning interfaces, coordinating risk-based assurance, overseeing contractor HSE input, inspections, audits, incident investigations, and improving HSE management systems and procedures. The role also covers environmental compliance, pollution prevention, occupational health, welfare, emergency preparedness, reporting to senior management and the Project Board, and developing HSE personnel. Requirements include a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent higher-level HSE qualification, environmental management knowledge or qualification, auditing experience or relevant auditor qualification, significant HSE experience in offshore wind or a comparable high-risk industry, knowledge of relevant legislation, and experience with risk-based assurance, contractor management, commissioning or transition support, incident investigations, and HSE leadership. Offshore work is required regularly.
