The role supports the development, management, and improvement of the Vessel HSE Management System across all phases of vessel operations. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with HSE standards, local legislation, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and client requirements; advising management and crew on HSE procedures; implementing Life Saving Rules; supporting HSE risk assessments and job safety analyses; assisting with risk management and control measures; delivering HSE training; participating in accident and incident investigations; coordinating HSE officers; and ensuring accurate HSE reporting and corrective action monitoring.
