About the role

TGRC is partnered with a rapidly growing renewable energy platform with a substantial pipeline of utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects across Central and Eastern Europe. The business already operates more than 500 MW of renewable generation capacity and continues to expand its development pipeline. This role involves leading and coordinating grid connection activities across the full project lifecycle, supporting development, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. Responsibilities include managing relationships with TSOs, DSOs, regulatory authorities, consultants, and contractors; monitoring Polish grid codes and regulations; overseeing technical due diligence; reviewing grid connection strategies and electrical designs; validating technical solutions, schedules, milestones, and risks; providing input into agreements and contracts; reviewing external technical proposals; tracking delivery against programme and budget; supporting financing and acquisitions; and driving continuous improvement of grid connection processes and standards. Requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related discipline; 5+ years' experience in grid connection, utilities, or renewable energy; strong knowledge of the Polish power system and regulatory framework; experience with PSE, DSOs, and grid connection applications and agreements; ability to interpret technical documentation and power system studies; strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills; fluent Polish and English; and a valid Category B driving license with willingness to travel within Poland.
