About the role
HSE Advisor OSS required for a major offshore wind farm based in Poland. Responsibilities include promoting a proactive HSE culture, supporting HSE systems and documentation, facilitating safety meetings and inspections, reviewing HSE documentation and RAMS, monitoring compliance and performance, coordinating inspections and incident investigations, liaising with contractors, participating in site HSE meetings and audits, following up on HSE findings, and supporting reporting and daily HSE advice. Requirements include professional English, relevant academic or technical background, 3-5 years of HSE experience ideally in renewables or offshore windfarm construction, offshore sub-station commissioning experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, IT literacy, root cause analysis and incident investigation knowledge, contractor HSE experience, NEBOSH level 3 or similar, a clean European driver’s license, GWO qualifications, HUET with CA-EBS, OEUK medical or equivalent, and Polish medical and OHS training.
