About the role

Marine Installation Package Manager for a major offshore wind farm in the UK. Responsibilities include leading the MIP and associated project delivery team, serving as the primary point of contact for package matters, and managing risks, budget, programme, and resourcing within the project controls regime. The role oversees FEED and final design for WTG and OTM foundations and IAC cables, ensures execution-phase documentation meets required standards, leads procurement and contracting activities, manages contract negotiations with the tier 1 supply chain, and oversees contractors during project execution to ensure compliance with project and contractual requirements. The position also carries responsibility for delivery in line with quality standards, KPIs, and the Quality Management Plan. Requirements include a degree or equivalent experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline; a proven project management track record in offshore wind or subsea projects at Package Manager level; experience with offshore wind foundations and/or IAC cable packages; experience with subsea surveys and engineering, cable manufacturing, marine installation, and HV testing/commissioning; and strong commercial acumen with experience managing tier 1 contracts.
