Responsibilities include leading delivery of inter-array and export cable packages, defining technical scope, evaluating supplier proposals, supporting contract negotiations, overseeing cable design, manufacturing, transport, loading, termination, testing, managing technical interfaces, conducting site inspections and defect assessments, and maintaining HSE and quality standards. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing offshore subsea cable packages in the offshore wind sector, with strong commercial, technical, and stakeholder management skills.
