About the role

Construction Base Harbour Site Manager required for a major offshore wind farm based in the Netherlands. The role involves leading HSE behaviour, conducting site walkdowns, supervising the site team, coordinating and managing the Construction Base Harbour, planning and executing maintenance team deployment, participating in operational meetings, monitoring permits in the client PTW system, reporting progress of offshore campaigns, liaising with contractors and stakeholders, reviewing method statements and risk assessments, leading toolbox talks, managing emergency response actions, and hosting visiting project team members and contractors. Requirements include at least 10 years of experience in industrial-technical operations and projects, including 2 years in a managerial role; experience in offshore operation planning or coordination, preferably in offshore wind or offshore oil and gas; practical offshore installation experience is an advantage; knowledge of offshore troubleshooting scopes; ability to quickly familiarise with project documents; strong people management skills; willingness to work offshore and at heights with offshore medical examination; full GWO training certification; proficiency in English and local language; clear communication skills; and EU right to work.
