UTM Consultants are seeking a Vessel Coordinator for an 11-month contract in Poland to support an offshore wind farm project. The role involves coordinating daily activities with the Marine and Helicopter Coordination Centre, supporting vessel operations and logistics, maintaining communication with stakeholders, attending planning meetings, ensuring compliance with project procedures, and contributing to HSE, lessons learned, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include supporting construction SOV/JUB marine and helicopter activities, handling crew changes and cargo control, assisting with port calls, and acting as the point of contact between offshore and onshore teams. Experience in similar offshore wind roles is required, with maritime and seagoing experience preferred. IOSH is preferred, along with full GWO, Polish occupational health certification, and BHP certification.
