RWE Americas is seeking a Utility Scale Development Director in the Central Region. This full-time, permanent role is a senior individual contributor responsible for initiating, developing, and acquiring utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects in the United States and Canada. The position leads complex projects and cross-functional teams from greenfielding through start of construction and supports projects through commercial operation. Responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle, overseeing budgets and schedules, leading permitting, interconnection, engineering, preconstruction, commercial and financial support activities, handling negotiations with stakeholders, supporting project acquisitions and transactions, preparing executive-level investment recommendations, and contributing to development strategy and process improvement.
