Lead the expansion of renewable development activities in Poland, building organisational capability and strategic partnerships to support sustainable growth. Own the onshore wind development pipeline from origination through permitting and grid connection to construction readiness. Manage development investments through effective portfolio management, capital allocation, and risk mitigation. The role requires a strong track record in onshore wind project development in Poland and delivering projects to Ready-to-Build status, along with knowledge of Polish development, permitting, and grid connection frameworks, leadership experience, commercial and strategic evaluation skills, and an extensive professional network in the Polish renewable energy market.
