RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Modelling Analyst / Developer to join its Offshore Operations team. The role focuses on shaping O&M strategies for major offshore wind projects globally, with responsibilities including logistics, cost and risk modelling, availability and cost submissions, and support for project development and operational decision-making. The position involves enhancing in-house modelling tools, leading modelling activities, training colleagues, and working with senior operational and commercial stakeholders. Required experience includes strong Python development skills, Excel, VBA and HTML, analytical ability, clear communication, and the ability to work collaboratively. Experience with complex cost or financial models is beneficial, and Microsoft Azure cloud services are advantageous. The role is based in the UK with a hybrid working model across Swindon, London and Coventry, with office attendance required at least three days per week, including one day in Swindon.
