Lead Scheduler role for a long-term shutdown project in the UAE within the Oil & Gas sector. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining integrated master schedules, performing schedule analysis, preparing turnaround and shutdown schedules, progress reports, forecasts, and recovery plans, and coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, and other stakeholders. Requirements include proven turnaround/shutdown planning, scheduling, and reporting experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries, strong knowledge of operations and maintenance activities, ability to interpret equipment drawings, P&IDs, and technical documentation, and excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Gulf experience is mandatory, along with EPC project experience, a Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent, Primavera P6 and turnaround experience, experience with 4–5 major turnarounds/shutdowns, and leadership of at least 2 major turnarounds as Master Scheduler.
