About the role

A Project Planner is required for a major offshore wind farm developer based in Poland. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating schedule data in the approved planning system, supporting planning structures, calendars and coding systems, performing routine schedule updates and data checks, preparing standard planning extracts and reports, consolidating schedule inputs from internal disciplines and workstreams, preparing schedule summaries and look-ahead views for coordination meetings, highlighting data gaps or inconsistencies, collecting and inputting progress information, supporting planning KPIs, trend charts and schedule performance views, producing periodic planning reports and dashboards, consolidating contractor schedule submissions, checking contractor schedules for completeness and alignment with planning standards, preparing comparison views and schedule extracts for coordination and review meetings, supporting clarification of schedule-related inputs, documenting schedule updates related to scope changes or delays, maintaining planning-related logs and registers, and providing factual schedule data for internal assessments, reviews and mitigation discussions. Requirements include a degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field, hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6, 5-8 years of project planning or scheduling experience, and a solid understanding of WBS-based planning, schedule logic and progress measurement.
