About the role
UTM Consultants are seeking an Offshore Export Joint & Terminations Inspector for a 6-month project in Poland. The role involves offshore cable system inspections, witnessing VLF, sheath and OTDR testing, QA/QC inspections of termination work, progress reporting, documentation management, Permit to Work support, cable testing coordination, handover certification, punch list follow-up, and contractor interface management. Requirements include Seafarers Offshore Medical, one-day First Aid Course, Firefighting course, Sea survival and transfer training, climbing and rescue-at-heights training, and confined space training. Desirable experience includes HV/MV jointing, VLF and OTDR testing, and safe work in high and low voltage substation environments.
