About the role
Lead Senior Authorised Person position in Poland for a 48-week contract starting 1 January 2027. The role is responsible for HV system integration, operational supervision, and electrical safety rules across HV/MV/LV activities. Responsibilities include managing electrical safety compliance, coordinating commissioning and switching activities, supporting grid connections and substations, overseeing operational staff, reviewing work methods and safety documents, participating in audits and training, and providing technical input during the project design and commissioning phases. Requirements include several years of high-voltage operational and commissioning experience, offshore experience preferred, an appropriate electrical qualification, at least 3 years of onshore substation experience, and up-to-date GWO courses and HUET with CA-EBS if required. Polish medical certificate and BHP training are also required.
