RWE Renewables Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Finance and Accounting Specialist for a full-time, fixed-term role in Łódź. The position supports accounting for SPVs within RWE's Polish portfolio in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on wind and solar projects. Responsibilities include posting business transactions in line with Polish accounting standards, preparing and submitting tax declarations, participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, preparing standalone financial statements, and reporting to institutions such as GUS, NBP, and ARE. The role also involves process improvement and collaboration with international finance, controlling, and project development teams. Requirements include at least 3 years of accounting experience, higher education in accounting or finance, knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, strong analytical and teamwork skills, and fluent Polish with advanced English. Knowledge of Optima and/or SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
