RWE Windpower NL BV is seeking a full-time, permanent OT Security Officer to safeguard operational technology across renewable energy assets, including onshore and offshore wind and photovoltaic sites. The role includes governance, compliance, risk management, technical security support, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with IT/OT teams to ensure security by design. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring OT security controls, conducting compliance reviews and risk assessments, supporting incident response and business continuity, and liaising with regulatory authorities. The position is Netherlands-centric with some travel across European onshore and offshore operations.
