About the role

SCADA Engineer required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Denmark. The role supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of OT vulnerability management, patch management, and configuration management processes and procedures. Responsibilities include reviewing detected vulnerabilities, validating findings against OT asset inventories and system configurations, assessing remediation options, defining minimum configuration baselines for SCADA and OT systems, supporting allow-listing requirements, assessing asset compliance against baselines, documenting findings and recommendations, producing site-specific compliance and security assessment reports, and contributing to the standardization of OT security practices across multiple sites. Requirements include SCADA systems, industrial networks and communications, Windows and Linux-based OT systems, OT asset management and system administration, configuration management principles, vulnerability and patch management processes, experience with operationally critical systems, the ability to analyze vulnerabilities within OT environments, experience documenting technical findings and reports, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
