The role requires travel up to 50%, work at heights, physical fitness for wind turbine access, and safe work in extreme environments. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver license, relevant technical or mechanical education preferred, GWO certification preferred, and experience in wind, solar, and BESS or a technical science background with electrical licensing.
