About the role
Project Finance role supporting end-to-end project finance execution, including due diligence management, advisor coordination, lender material preparation, lender and ECA engagement, term sheet and facility agreement negotiations, financial modeling and valuation, bankability review of key project contracts, and preparation of investment memos and presentations for governance forums. Requires 6-10 years of experience in Project Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance, with strong familiarity with renewable energy, preferably offshore wind or onshore wind/solar, or large-scale infrastructure transactions in Asia. Advanced project finance modeling skills and understanding of ECA-backed financing structures are preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field is required, with CFA, MBA, or CPA preferred. Full fluency in English and proficiency in Korean are required.
